BerQ RNG is looking for a Plant Manager for its dairy manure digester biogas to renewable natural gas (RNG) facility referred to as the Platte River Biogas facility located in LaSalle, Colorado. The successful candidate will provide the overall policy making, planning and direction of plant operation activities with the objective of plant health and safety, environmental compliance, and maximize growth and profitability, while providing day to day leadership and management of all plant operations functions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and recommend operations policy, goals, and objectives. Develop specific short-term plans and objectives with supporting data and budgets.

Environmental Attribute Director
We are seeking a Director, Environmental Attributes to manage our environmental attributes department responsible for qualifying, registering, auditing and generating all environmental attributes generated by the BerQ portfolio.
This position is a key role within BerQ RNG and will have responsibility for revenue success factors as measured by verification, validation and compliance with regulatory programs including but not limited to the California Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) and federal Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) for BerQ RNG’s renewable natural gas production and processing plants.
You would join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team and would be exposed to all aspects of the project life cycle. In conjunction with the Manager, Environmental Attributes, you will communicate internally with cross-functional departments in support of the registration, qualification and auditing of all environmental attributes associated with BerQ’s portfolio of RNG projects.
The position will report directly to the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and will work closely with CFO/Controller, project managers, financial analysts and operational staff. You would also advise as to policy changes and regulatory landscape as it pertains to the RNG industry.

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Instrument and Controls Technician to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of instrumentation, control systems, and automation technologies at our biogas production facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of the plant’s control and monitoring systems, including PLC/SCADA systems, process instrumentation, and industrial automation networks.
This position requires technical leadership, hands-on problem solving and troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize plant performance and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of control systems, including PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar), HMIs, SCADA, and industrial communication networks.

Emergency Response: Respond effectively to emergency situations, following established protocols to ensure the safety of personnel and the integrity of the facility.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or relevant coursework is a plus.
Proven experience in operating and maintaining industrial equipment, preferably in the renewable energy sector and/or wastewater sector.
Strong understanding of RNG production processes and equipment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in an industrial setting.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to be on call and respond after-hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
